I can not recommend this car dealership enough. First car yard I tried to go through tried to rip me off something shocking then was pointed in the direction of John at Vehical Masters Morayfield, since day one of contact with John he has been nothing but amazing with making sure I was getting what I’m after with no hidden cost and was always upfront and honest with me. Since having my car three months I have only had one issue with the starter motor needing replacing. John and the team at VM have helped me every step of the way to get my car fixed again, very fast at that! They have always been professional and very friendly towards me, overall I can’t praise the whole team enough and always recommend them. Great work guys!
Sold us a lemon. Didn't tell us cars over ten years don't come with a warranty. Just over a month later, have to replace alternator and timing belt. Things that should have been picked up before sale. Didn't want to know us when I contacted them. Be very careful before buying from them.
Great place to buy a car. We bought a Holden Rodeo dual cab and a Toyota Landcruiser and were pretty happy them went back a couple of years later and traded them in and got 2 100series Landcruisers.. plus all 3 of our kids bought cars from there too.. so pretty happy with them. So big thanks to John & Darren..
Took five days to road worthy car. Seal was fixed but not properly. Not bad for an old car just unfortunately they hire the cheapest mechanic on town. People would be prepared to pay slightly extra if they hire a decent mechanic. That's what makes or breaks a business. If they hire bad mechanic they will get the blame which is sad and bad business practice
the guys are just a bunch of sleazy sales man , if you are not a mechanic and you, yourself are not a 100% sure dont buy annything here not even a coke from the vending machine , the only but only thing they are after is putting your money into their pockets , costumer services O be aware if you buy here !!! or keep safe and go somewhere else
Wouldn't ever buy are car there got are landcruzer and bought are lemon had problem after problem think I've replace every part on it what are bunch of FSC
very helpfull not pushy and recieved great deal thanx john very happy
