What lovely professional people here.We had been looking for a new car.Mal the chap that helped us was so helpful, not pushy, explained all car features to us.So after 5 different car franchises we purchased a new "Juke". fantastic trade in for our car. Would recommend Mal and others there as have old values.
Just picked my car up from a service today and was very impressed; from the initial contact with the people of the service area, to the guy who drove it out of the workshop ready for me to drive home. Nothing was too much trouble, the car was ready when they said it would be and they even washed it for me! 10 out of 10...again!
If you want a country/ family feel to buying a vehicle then this is the place to come. We are buying our first new car and there is no pressure. Quite the opposite of most car yards. I used to HAVE to deal with car yard's with my job and I have never come across such a friendly and accommodating car yard. I would highly recommend John Page Motors.
If you want customer service then don't deal with John Page Motors. I bought a brand new car which cost me over 40k from them and the customer service was just dreadful. When I went to pick up my new car it was lunch time, 34 degrees & over 90% humidity. They had left the car sitting out in the hot midday sun so when the salesman took me out for the hand over, it was so ridiculously hot in the car that he spent not even 5 minutes to explain how everything worked. At my insistence, he begrudgingly paired my iPhone to the Bluetooth and programmed my home address into the GPS, then he bolted back to the air-conditioned showroom as quickly as he could, leaving me to work out the rest on my own. What really annoyed me was there was ample shade where they could have parked the car just a few feet away but obviously that was too much effort for them. I left the car yard not knowing how the key/door locks worked or the gear options or a multitude of other things which I had to learn on my own from the manual. My friend had bought the same Nissan 6 months earlier in NSW and had recommended it to me. She called on the day I picked up my new car, excited to hear how the handover had gone and to see how I liked the new car. When I told her that they had hardly shown me anything and that the car had been left out in the midday heat, she was shocked. She said when she went to pick up HER new Nissan they had it parked in their air-conditioned showroom with a big sign on a stand which read 'Congratulations On Your New Nissan Karen'! She said they had spent about 40 minutes showing her how the multitudes of accessories worked and followed up with emails and phone calls to check that everything was going OK and to see if she needed assistance with anything. I have not heard a word from John Perry Motors since parting with over 40K for my new car on that very hot day. I was so annoyed with their lack of service that I took it down to Petrie Nissan for it's first 1,000km service. The guys down there, particularly young Ben, couldn't do enough for me. They apologised for the terrible service which I had received from John Page Motors and said if there is anything I need just let them know. They will now be looking after me and my new Nissan and the next time I buy a new car, it will most certainly be from Petrie Nissan, NOT John Page Motors.
Great staff and friendly service. It was nice to shop at a dealership without the usual pushy sales tactics employed by most other dealers. The whole process was easy from test drive to delivery.

Best service, all staff members are friendly and happy to help. Unfortunately they have been bought out and now caboolture Nissan dealershop is no longer the same.
Super expensive. I currently have a Nissan Navara and have called multiply times regarding prices for new parts. Always 4 or 5x more expensive :/ would look elsewhere for more reasonable priced parts
Needed advice re my Navara clutch problem.Service adviser springbok told me my vehicle had a certain component from new which would cost over $2000 tp rep[lace plus other parts and lobour total to $3700 + Other local clutch repairer informs we were given incorrect information and the cost from them was $700 plus parts $350 all up difference of over $2600..now thats sheer robbery..good on Aussie for sorting Pages big error.
Totally unprofessional staff, I bought a second-hand car with an empty tank Besides the car was dirty and they gave me wrong information about how the car works, the warranty and the Rego. Once you have paid there is no customer service anymore.
