A big thank you again to the team at Martin Jonkers Motors Toyota for looking after me with my recent purchase of a new car. After being mucked around with another dealership on the Gold Coast, I found what I was looking for on their website and contacted them immediately to be greeted with Taylor. The communication, professionalism and the delivery of my awesome new RAV4 was amazing and cant thank you enough for getting me into my dream car after being mucked around for so long with another dealership. The whole process was completed in such a quick turnaround and I was picking up my new car in the showroom with a big red bow in less than a week after placing the deposit down. A big thank you also to the manager and the other sales associates who assisted in the delivery, too many friendly faces to name!!

In December I took delivery of my very first new car - a Toyota RAV4 - from Martin Jonkers Motors at Morayfield. It was also a new model with more technology than the one my husband and I had first looked at a couple of months ago and very different to my faithful Holden Trax 2015 model. What I loved almost as much as my shiny new car was the whole purchase and delivery process. This was handled very professionally by the staff at Jonkers. It started with deciding to purchase a new car and the way that was handled by Melissa, then to Jacqui the Guest Experience Manager, collecting us from home in the fabulous courtesy coach we felt like royalty and taking us to the dealership, where we were then left in the care of Taylor, who is one of Jonkers' new sales personnel. Taylor gave my husband and me a very thorough explanation of all the paperwork before taking us to meet our new RAV4, which is now called Jemima. Jemima was a bit shy and was hiding under a cover in a special glass display room. When her cover was removed, she was waiting for us dressed with a beautiful huge red bow. Taylor again did a fabulous job of taking us through Jemima's technology and features before we drove away. Jemima, the RAV4 is a wonderful new addition to our family and provides that extra passenger and luggage room when we go on short breaks over the next couple of years. A BIG Thank you to all of the Jonkers team, especially Jacqui and Taylor, for making this a never to be forgotten experience. I'll certainly be recommending Jonkers to friends and family. Rosalie C.
I went to the yota dealership but came out with a Holden. I thought it was a toyota dealership not a holden dealership. Bloody oath. You would think they would know how to tell the difference between a toyota and holden.
Another fantastic great service as per usual on 29 Nov 2021. Phil Jaydin in servicing are great as are the Service team. Thx heaps and will def be back again for 95,000km in May. Thx again.
Fantastic service all around from Jarid and the team at Martin Jonkers. I've been in a few times for scheduled services and a post-warranty issue that they were more than happy to sort out for me. The service has always been friendly, thorough and on-point. The showroom is neat and tidy as is the workshop. Service is quickly performed to a high level without any fuss. Very professional and knowledgeable. Even Mick in the shuttle bus provides a high level of convenient service with a great attitude. The service from Jarid and Mick alone ensures I will be back in the future, they are an asset to the company. High regards to the rest of the team too. Very happy customer!

After several attempts by another Toyota dealership at the Sunshine Coast and lots of money spent, quotes that ran into the thousands, zero commitment that it would solve the problem and with no resolution on the horizon, I booked my 100 series Landcruiser into this dealership in a desperate hope of a miracle. Upon arriving, the Senior Tech Carey was waiting for me, jumped in the car and we went around the block so he could experience the issue first hand. 5 minutes later he was working on the car and after two to three hours, he had found the issue to be a faulty $45 part. While they didnt have the part in stock, their parts person called around and secured the part from another dealership while I waited. Problem solved. Needless to say I was impressed and very thankful. Highly recommended

Customers Last? Terrible Service. Went in this morning looking to purchase a new car. Was completely ignored and staff wanted nothing to do with us, sitting in their air conditioned office talking amongst each other is clearly a higher priority then customers or selling cars. Taking my money elsewhere, there are other Toyota dealers around.
