Great customer service! I originally used Kmart back in early 2000 as they had the best price I could find on a timing belt. I have taken a few different cars there over the years for serviceing, tyres and mechanical work. I find there prices are always fair but I especially like the honesty and knowledge of the man called Clayton. I'm not loaded with cash so I appreciate that they could of just done what I thought was originally wrong with my car and I would still have the same issue but after looking at it,  they called to let me know what was actually wrong and with my permission they fixed the issue, that's why they are my go to place. 
I always feel safe leaving my car with these guys.

Very happy with the service. When extra things were needed, they called first before doing it. And they didn't take the whole day to do the service, as they knew I was just hanging out waiting at the shopping centre. So I thank them for that too.

Great customer service and very competitive prices with honest staff who let you know any problems before doing the work and what work needs to be done to the car first.

Major disappointment, selected a tyre and made an appointment, wife took day off work only to be told tyres are not in the country but we can fit these crappy tyres instead. No offer of discount for inconvenience. Shop blamed call centre and call centre blamed shop. Was my first and last time trying Kmart Tyre & Auto.

These guys are awesome. Completed a service on my car for a good price and when i went to pick my car up i was a little late which meant they got home later but they remained cheerful and helpful.  Thanks for an awesome service. I will definitely be back.
