For the past 40+ years, Grand Prix Mazda has grown into Queensland's largest Mazda dealer. We are still a proudly owned and operated family business and are dedicated to service and customer satisfaction. I had my computer chip software updated today.  What a pleasant experience it was.  I hadn't been to Mazda Caboolture for approximately 2 to 3 years and the level of service and the new designed of the premises was outstanding.  Very relaxed atmosphere while waiting for car.  Thank you

Everyone at Grand Prix Cabooultre made me feel welcomed when I went for the service. They spoke respectfully and explained the necessities for my car service seeing as I don't know much about cars in general. They had a courtesy bus that was very helpful as well.

Disappointing experience at Caboolture Mazda - unresponsive staff, lack of transparency, and a frustrating process. Wouldn't recommend to others.nCaused  a damage to my car's glass during service and tried to return the car discreetly. Then waited a week longer for this to be fixed at a cost because staff went away sick.nI raised this with customer service manager Sebastian on more than one occasion and he seemed to not care at all. Not a word of apology from him, rather ' what do you want me to do ?'nnI have been a customer for a while now and now realised that their only concern is your money.nnI wish this would reach to someone higher up in the organisation who cares about a long time customer.
