Bought my first bike from here. Great service from Nathan, Tyson, Michelle and Mike Delivery Guy. Went it looked at the Ninja 400 ordered some extras to be put on the bike and the bike was at my doorstep in 7 days. Lovely bunch of people they actually care about customers you can’t go wrong here. Huge Thank you to Greg the Manager for the outstanding service its the best service I have every received by any dealership, over the 30years I've purchased new bike always got back to me Nothing was a problem when it came time to get my bike ready for delivery all I can say is WOW they killed it, I asked the impossible!!! The bike arrived at 8.30 Friday morning and I asked please could you see if I can pick it up for the weekend and they had a challenge there was about 20 bikes to unload and sort out and they got it done A special thank you to Doug the h2 mechanic and Darren head mechanic, Man top job I really apricate how hard you worked to get my bike sorted even getting the extra's on it Thank you so Much ‍ I highly recommend them for any new bike purchase, and insurance they absolutely top class Highly professional and willing to help Thanks again guys I Love my New bike ‍
Another happy customer here, bought my first bike from them, picked up my bike today. Dan, Nathan, Nick, Milky and the rest of the team are really helpful, they gave me good price on the bike and accessories we need. Passionate, knowledgeable and friendly, great experience! Highly recommended!
I've owned a large number of motorcycles through the years and wasn't sure what to go for next. Brisbane Motorcycles Caboolture has a great selection after looking at other dealerships. Nathan sales was very knowledgeable across a number of manufacturers and very professional and took the time to understand my requirements. After a number of test rides I went for the Z1000; I've owned and few Kawasakis and love them. Dan was also excellent and courteous. A great dealership to buy from with excellent customer service and selection of used and new machines to choose from.
Paid a deposit on a used motorcycle from these guys, organised to pick it up and pay cash, when I arrived I was advised the bike was in bits in the workshop. It was Saturday, they must have known earlier, but didn't bother to advise me that it would not be ready... over 200klm round trip wasted, thanks for nothing Nathan. Wouldn't buy a bike off these guys.
Customer service isn't that good from the sales team. Not that friendly. Teammoto was my pick to purchase a new bike. Got a good discount, and much more professional with people skills.
James in service was really helpful. I was up from Newcastle, had a puncture and needed a tyre right away. He had the tyre I needed in stock, fitted without a booking, and price was really competitive. Nothing was a drama, super chill guy, and great service.
Visited the showroom twice to investigate purchasing a bike from them. Both times I was ignored by sales staff who were too busy chatting. The 2nd time there was more staff than customers but I was ignored for more than 10 mins after checking out their bike stocks. Terrible service. I was a cash buyer who will never purchase from this company.
Communication very poor. Sent enquiry through BikeSales. Question was not answered. Phone call from a salesperson stating there manager sent them an email to contact me. Would not answer any question until I put down a deposit on a motorcycle first.I ended the conversation. 1 month later the same salesperson rang me back asking if I was still interested in the motorcycle. I explained that last time I enquired about a motorcycle ended in conflict......I was then asked if I was still interested in this motorcycle. I explained the conflict situation again and simply had to say NO!
Never doing business with you ever again, you were only nice when I was feeding you cash. I paid for extra warranty that I never received proof of. Dajon you're a joke I am tired of being nice to you. Unless I repeatedly made contact I'd never hear back form anyone. Absolutely pathetic.
