The service team were absolutely amazing! We were visiting the area from regional qld and Grand Prix Caboolture Hyundai went absolutely above and beyond to service our Palisade for us. We have never had great service in our own town and were not happy with the previous servicing from a different dealership but Grand Prix were just fantastic and addressed all of our concerns and fixed any little glitches the previous servicers had missed. We will definitely be teeing up our future travels to tie in with our service schedule to get it done with them again next time.

I ordered my car in August 2022, staff were friendly and helpful!  Great communication from day one - was told my order would take 12-18 months to complete! Thanks Covid!nnI received regular updates in this time, and Kristyn always took the time to answer any of my 1000 questions without hesitation!nnI took delivery of my car on Friday 21/07/23 - only 11 months and 9 days after the order!nGrand Prix Hyundai, Krystin, Rodney, Lucas, and the whole team out there did an absolute Stella job on my car preparation, presented it to my family and I and it it was the most fantastic car buying experience I’ve ever had nnSlight issues with a TPS valve on one of my wheels these thing happen ‍. I had been to Grand Prix a few times since my car was towed to the service centre here. Very professional , pleasant staff and excellent customer service . I would definitely recommend this place and come back for all my services.

Awesome service from the time we picked up our new Kona N Line. Took it back for its first service today and the service team looked after us. Service completed, dash mat supplied and fitted and a set of rubber floor mats and boot liner ordered.  All up a great experience.
