Darren, our salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us through the entire process with ease. He made sure we found the perfect caravan to suit our needs and was always available to answer any questions.nnThe handover was amazing! Cameron took the time to walk us through every feature of the caravan, ensuring we felt confident and prepared for our upcoming adventures. The build quality is superb, and it’s clear that Austrack takes pride in delivering durable, well-designed caravans.nnThe after-sales support has also been great, with the team always ready to help. I can’t recommend Austrack Caboolture enough – if you're in the market for a caravan, this is the place to go!
Wonderful assistance from the very unique Matt at the Austrack stand at the Mandurah Boat, Caravan, 4wd & Camping Show. All questions were answered, and he made us a deal on a Tanami X13 offroad hybrid camper that we could not refuse. We’ve added a couple of extras, so delivery will be in Jan 25 giving us some time to plan our first trip away. Our thanks to Austrack at the Mandurah Show ask for Matt or Hayden.
Second time purchasing from Austrack and both times Austrack couldn’t be more helpful. Darren and his team were there to answer any questions I had, and always had a prompt reply. And you certainly get bang for your buck with their products.nThe handover was very thorough and easy to understand, some of the accessories i ordered were back ordered and I was assured they’d be couriered out as soon as they arrive - fantastic customer service!n110% recommend Austrack if you’re in the market for a Hybrid van or camper trailer.
