A bunch of absolute snakes. Expect a massive bill and extensive list of alleged “problems” with your vehicle if you take it in for a service. Charge $400 more than Ultratune Capalaba for a standard service and when I say service I mean the vehicle, not on a personal level. First and last time Ill be shopping with Keema!

Buyer Beware: This company is a family owned business that acts like a small company and treats it's clients like they really don't matter. Once they get your money you will be shocked at the service. They lied to me on several occasions and would not advise anyone to trust anything this company tells you. I bought a used car from these guys and it's been a month and they will not even give me an original agreement. They sold me a car and a week later, I had to replace the battery and wiper blades as the car would not start. They then said they would contribute to half the costs and more than a month later still nothing and are just ignoring me. They even made me wait 2 weeks for delivery of the used car and flat out ignored me for a week. I would advise anyone to stay away from Keema Cars and if you buy a car make sure you check all the parts that they won't cover under warranty like: Battery, wiper blades, brake pads, tyres, etc. I would not be surprised if this shonky dealership swaps out these things before they give you the car. This was definitely the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Five years ago I bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from Keema Cleveland. All my service has been done there. Buying the car was one of the best, buying experiences I every had. Everyone I dealt with was customer focused and helpful. My car has only been serviced at Keema and I am always happy with the service, staff, work done, and follow up. All questions answered and things checked out. I have recommended heaps of people to Keema and Hyundai. I love my car and dealing with the folks at Keema Cleveland

Keema promises to extend warranty to 8 years if the vehicle is serviced by them. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Our vehicle which has very low Km (40000Km) has been regularly serviced by them for the last 7 years. At the last service which cost in excess of $1200 they found a steering problem which they say is not covered even though according to postings on the internet, it is a known common problem. They quoted over $400 to fix the problem. So much for always getting the car serviced by Keema so they would extend the warranty....
