Every single person at Karis goes above and beyond in their customer service! I have used them many times and always have found them to be exceptional. Professional, pleasant and supportive from the original contact through to the end of each move. This last move last week went even beyond all my previous experiences. The packers, Dean and Gary, were thorough and packed everything with such care, we even had some laughs along the way. On moving day with Levon, Ash and Robert, I was having some problems and the guys could not have been more genuinely supportive. Checking in with me many times and always letting me know they were there to ease the way with the move. Everything was put where I needed it to be and all beds reassembled. These guys are fantastic and I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Thank you all so very much.

An excellent service provided. Easy to book and arrange removal dates and times. Check list provided to confirm removal items and ensure the correct vehicle size. On the day the 3 man removal team arrived on time and packed all the items within one hour! Transported household contents to new location and unpacked placing all items in the correct position. Great care taken in packing and unpacking, no items damaged. The removal crew were friendly and a pleasure to converse with. I have no hesitation in recommending Karis Removals, a first class service provided.

I was very impressed with the whole moving process with Karis Removals. From the initial quote, to the pickup and packing in atrocious weather, to the delivery at the other end, all the guys were happy to oblige with any requests. They arrived on time and moved everything very quickly. Cathie in the office was always helpful with my enquiries. All in all a hassle free move , and I would recommend Karis to anyone needing a removalist.

The team at Karis couldn’t have been better. Everyone we dealt with wanted to help! The removalist guys at both ends were obliging, patient and careful (and cheerful!!) Everything arrived interstate intact. Very happy to recommend their service.

Was having a lovely drive home along the pacific motorway when a Karis Removals truck driver cut me off (not only disrespectful but also dangerous at motorway speeds - not exactly showing much regard for whatever furniture or belongings he may have been moving at the time) and then stuck his hand out the window to give me the finger as though I had done something wrong. When I later overtook him he flashed his high beams at me. The slogan on the truck said they offered great service, but this passing interaction shows they offer something else entirely...
