We would like to thank the Quick & Easy Removals team for the big move and excellent service they’ve done. We moved our office from Auburn to Granville, they helped us to dismantle, pack, move and then reassemble our work stations back. They also provided free boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap and tape. The boxes were delivered to our office for free. Also, they helped us with a handyman to take dome shelves off the wall as well as the TV. The service was excellent from the first phone call till the end, we are confident to say it was a 5 stars service. We highly recommend Quick & Easy Removals and thank the team for everything

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. These cowboys offer official bribery as a compensation in exchange of promise of no reviews of loss and damage done to customers. Wondering why there aren't many bad reviews on this company? Trusting the positive reviews? Think again. They heavily dented my fridge, and lost my items with a value of more than 300 dollars, then ASKED FOR ME TO PROMISE I WILL NEVER WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT THIS OR TAKE IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA if i want the loss costs covered. They asked for a written official guarantee from me, so that nobody knows about this. This company pays the compensation for loss/damage as a bribe, for unhappy customers to keep their mouths shut. Hence keep a high amount of good reviews. ----------------- Full story: I had them move my furniture from one apartment to the another, next block, literally two minutes walk down the street, in October 2015. They sent two men, and it took them 5 hours and a half to get it all finished. after becoming suspicious I caught them taking the furniture down to basement 3 with the elevators, then carrying everything up through the parking ramps on foot to ground floor (three stories up) where their truck was parked right outside the loading dock in the back of the elevator on ground floor. They took advantage of me being alone and nobody watching them just to kill time. When i asked why they did it they said they got lost. I ended up paying 550 dollars for 5.5 hours, whereas I was even advised in the beginning by the guy who confirmed my move that a two bedroom apartment takes between 2 to 4 hours. Please remember that I live alone, and I have very little furniture. Everything was ready and packed prior and loading docks all ready for use. Thinking that was it? I wish. When they finally finished I was ready to just sign the paper and have the clock stop. When they left I realized my bedding box is missing. Worth 370 dollars of 2 feather pillows, two sets of bedding sheets, and two quilts. When I called the company they accused me of lying and manager even laughed at the value of the items lost saying nobody's bedding's that expensive. After much headache and long conversations with them they ended up offering 300 dollars in return for the lost items. HOWEVER THEY ASKED FOR ME TO PROMISE I WILL NEVER WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT THIS OR TAKE IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA. They asked for a written official guarantee from me, so that nobody knows about this. OR they will refuse to pay me. Reading this review, you can guess that i refused, of course. Wondering why there aren't many bad reviews on this company? Because people choose the money guys. They use the compensation as a bribe, for unhappy customers to keep their mouths shut. Hence keep a high amount of good reviews. I have the recorded conversation with their managers, as well as emails from them asking me to promise i will never talk about what happened in exchange of money. I'm happy to share them if anyone's interested. I've talked to a lawyer, and apparently this what they do is legal. So good luck with people who don't know this about them. Pay attention to the bad reviews people. And remember this. People don't spend their valuable time writing bad reviews if they really don't feel they've been ripped off.

Fantastic and professional from start to finish. Helped with every aspect and were prompt and courteous throughout. Couldn't fault. Best removal experience I have had in Australia.

Customer service was outstanding - I had to move a full house and a distance of 8 hours with very short notice. The team was helpful, accommodating and once they delivered my things to my storage unit, they even agreed to drop my mattress off at my parents' place around the corner. Unheard of kind of service! Would absolutely recommend and use in future.

I have used Quick & Easy multiple times to various locations throughout Sydney and even interstate. I have always enjoyed a high level of quality service and affordable rates. The free boxes are also a huge plus.
