I engaged the services of Wolfgang's Movers directly with Wolfgang himself, with the understanding that he would be carrying out the move for me himself. I understood from a friend that he was reliable and had moved my friends goods for her with professionalism. However, without any warning, Wolfgang sent two overseas students to move my household effects, and as such, they were the slowest movers I have ever experienced. They were polite, but were not professionals. I was paying for Wolfgang's services by the hour @ $150 per hour, supposedly for his professional abilities, and yet was sent two students from overseas who were being paid $25 an hour to move me. I had to pay Wolfgang $150 per hour for professional services I didn't receive. The same goods have been moved by many professional movers prior to this, never costing more than $900. My move took many hours longer than any of my previous moves, and cost me $1450. That is a huge difference. 
I respectfully approached Wolfgang by phone to reconsider his charges because I explained how disappointed I felt, and how compromised I was having unprofessional students move me when I had booked the services of actual experienced professional movers. Wolfgang didn't offer me any discount, any empathy, special consideration or remuneration at all. I was left feeling like I had absolutely been taken advantage of. 
I would not use this company again and I would recommend others be very cautious about choosing this company for any future moving needs. A very unhappy customer.
