This company is awful, if I can give 0 point, I would.  My order still remains undelivered in Sydney. Even though It was shipped there 29/12/22. The date I’m writing right now is 14/01/23. Way to go guys :

Absolutely no accurate information of when the driver will arrive, there’s no choice to leave the item in my apartment like AuPost or have an option to leave at a location for pickup unlike DHL, and I had to wait for two days for a delivery again from 8-5. The delivery man was a nice guy though.

They always can't sent my parcel on time. I called on friday they told me can pick it up on monday and I did.  I try to scan sorry I missed you card in the locker but failed. So I call them again for 1 hours to answering the phone and they told me not arrange my delivery yet. Ask me wait again. Not commended.

The worst company I have EVER seen. They are so disorganized. I have called 5 times over the course of 2 weeks to get a parcel. They kept telling me that it will come the next day only to find out that it did not.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What you will get is frustration!

Horrible experience. Delivery took 10 business days when I was quoted 2, delivery driver left the parcel outside without informing me in anyway. I only found out it was there when I left and saw it. Was suppose to require a signature, but apparently that doesnt matter. Call center was comoletely useless.

This is the worst company for deliveries, I had a parcel pick up on the 28/11 to be delivered on the 29/11... today 5/12 still not delivered... 1000 excuses after hours on the phone waiting... stay away form this company.

This is the worst transport service I have ever had. DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY WITH TOLL E.G. IKEA. I had to call 4 times and they still can't figure out how to plan their deliveries.

The relocations department is absolutely fantastic, in particular Lawrence Jennings. I couldn't recommend their services high enough, and if you need a relocation agent to help you find a home in Sydney, he is the guy to speak to!
