I write to compliment JLS on the repairs of my radio and particularly my 1983 tape deck. It may be a few ?? years old but it's good quality ... and now it works like new again. The professionalism from front desk to workroom was fantastic ... couldn't be happier ... many thanks Stewart

I have used JLS services for my audio repair needs for 20 years and I wouldn’t bother going any place else. The JLS team not only diagnose and repair but further help understand the issues associated with the equipment. These guys know their way around analogue and digital and I seriously can’t recommend them highly enough. JLS turn around times are excellent too, an easy 5 stars without hesitancy.

I’ve had a great experience with JLS in regards to fixing my Bose sound bar. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with their customer service. I would definitely recommend them.  Thanks Joe!

FIve star service here! I took in an elderly amplifier, with only one channel working. Only a few days later my amplifier was restored to perfect health, and is now back in my lounge room at full power. These people are experts, and really do know what they are doing!

My Bose lifestyle5  series 111 stopped working after 23 years .JLS replaced the part  and repaired it within one week . I like to thank them not just for their workmanship but their customer service .The Bose is now connected to my smart TV and it sounds fantastic.

Great service from a team that know their stuff. My 10+ year old Cambridge Audio CD player will hopefully give another 10 years after a repair and service.

Excellent service, they took the time to answer all my questions and gave solutions to the issues I had regarding my Bose speakers although they could not help me with a repair due to circumstances beyond their control.

Fantastic Service!!  I had a Denon receiver that another repair agent attempted to repair took 2 months and worked for 2 minutes. I didn't want to part with the AV receiver as it was still fairly new with great sound, I then dropped it into JLS for review.  They inspected and found one of the cables wasn't re-connected properly and some screws were missing from previous company.  They rectified these simple things, tested then called me to discuss to ensure they hadn't missed any symptoms.  Unit is now good as new and working great for a month since repair, I cannot recommend the professionalism and friendly service enough.

I recently had a fault with my B&W subwoofer.  My experience with JLS was outstanding.  Their service, knowledge and turnaround exceeded all my expectations.  Recommended without hesitation.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. The technician did a great job on the repair / service - I don’t even recognise the device anymore it works so well! Just like new, thanks so much!
