I recently had the pleasure of using the services from North East TV & Video, firstly they came to replace my old UHF aerial and improved my signal from a 3 to 10, a job well done.

Second job was to fully wire up the house for Ethernet which was a quite a big job, the installation was well priced and expertly done!

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks to Peter for his hard work.

Rang North East TV-Video with a problem at 3.30pm, came by 4.00pm,problem fixed by 4.30pm, fast , professional, friendly service, no hesitation in recommending  them to any one....Thanks Peter

Tried to offer some feedback on how the job was not written down as requested and perhaps an apology or fix for my elderly parent may help - instead I got very poor customer service - no offer for a solution . Arrogant staff charging elderly customers for work incomplete and misinformation.
