I purchased a beautiful pearl kit made in the 70s over the New Years period from Andrew at Drum Palace. He was super friendly and professional the whole way through, packed it up nicely and shipped it safely to me in Canberra. Given the time I made the purchase, the quality of service never dropped. I was really blown away with the customer service and not to mention quality of drum kit. I highly recommend and trust this crew! So rad.

I made inquiries about a drum stool that was posted on Gumtree. We agreed on a slightly reduced price. Numerous texts flowed back and forth arranging collection on a certain date at a certain time. NOTE: No deposit was requested. The day before I was to collect, I get a text message saying that the stool was sold to somebody else!!!!! What kind of business ethics is that? I understand the stool sold for the original asking price. ($10 more than my price.) Andrew "explained" that he was not sure if I would even turn up, as Gumtree buyers are always messing him about, and I had not paid a holding deposit. That just sucks. I am in the market for more drum equipment, but I will never again consider purchasing from this crowd.
