Went in and Ordered a part for my Brush Cutter. Person rang the Cranbourne store to deliver next morning. He told no problems, it will be here next morning. Went back next afternoon. New person had no idea could not be find the order any where. He just kept blaming the other person and called him hopeless. No apology or anything. What a waste of my time.

This crew are friendly, informed and deliver service in spades. Great Stihl Dealer and I’ll be back after discovering this store. Rate it more highly than the Stihl Dealer in Diamond Creek. If this mob do not have it they’re quick to order it and do have it within days. I was impressed and will be buying my next Stihl product here.

I actually work in Jackson Court and thought I would support my local shopping center by buy a Mower and lawn trimmer. I bought a second hand edger which from the beginning I have not been impressed with. As I work in the shopping strip I did not want to "rock the boat" however I was not happy with the price I paid for a edger which had a rusty shaft and heavily scratch where the line feeds. This is my fault for not saying something but I did not want to appear cheap. I was only offer a 20% discount on a nearly $300 lawn trimmer. I found this a bit rich but was trying to be nice. Since then, the trimmer won't feed the line properly, and I have had to take it back two times because I haven't been happy with the line feeding system. He then put new metal eyelets in and advise me this would now work. Instead of insisting he do this fix for free, I paid to have the line feeder fixed when on principle I don't think I should have. After 2 minutes of using the lawn trimmer the eyelets shot out and one of then hit my leg and cause a bruise. I have then taken it back and he has fixed the metal eyelets the line feeds through but in testing the lawn trimmer used up all of my fuel. I think on principle he should have at least replaced the fuel. There was probably only a small amount of fuel left but because I had taken the trimer back five times I thought he would have filled it up on principle as a "good will gesture". When I pick up the lawn trimmer, Gordon made a big deal of letting me know the eyelets would not come out again and he tested in extensively. He seem visibly frustrated and less friendly. He has lost as customer and I would not recommend him.

I have been purchasing equipment for my business from Jackson Court for many years. The advice and support is fantastic and the service on equipment excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Guys!

I brought my chainsaw here to be serviced as it was stalling here and there under load and was due for a good service. When I got the chainsaw back, it was still stalling so i took it back in to get it re-looked at. It was suggested by the guy at the counter that they could look at it again but they'd need to strip it down and even that might not fix it as it was uncommon for a chainsaw to specificially stall under load. I took it to another sthil dealer who identified the issue immidiately. Turns out it was a blocked fuel filter which should of been changed as part of my service at Jackson Court Mowers. I insisted on a partial refund and was begrungenly given $20. I lost a full day running around for this and had to spend another $100 dollars to get it fixed elsewhere. I prefer to resolve these things in store but given the lack of interest or apology from the store, this is where it has landed.
