Customer service is incredible. Have ordered a few times. One was for a couple of whiskeys I was collecting and the labels were peeling. They swapped without any fuss and even sent a courier to pick up the old bottles. The second time I had a change of mind and again, without fuss, they swapped the whiskey. Second to none.
I am consistently blown away by the selection of fine wines and spirits offered by this family owned and run business. From rare vintages to budget-friendly bottles, they have something for every wine lover or wine liker out there. However what really sets them apart from big corporate competition is their knowledge and personalised service. So whether you're looking to impress a date or simply trying to forget your last relationship, this is the place for you. Loyal customers like myself, will no doubt echo the sentiment ‘fidelis usque ad mortem’. Highly recommend!
Amazing selection, amazing prices too, great customer service and support, I have ordered many many time with nicks, the one time the delivery service made a mistake, nicks was there to rectify the situation, quickly emailed and fixed the problem resending the items ordered. Can’t recommend them enough, anyone who’s into wine or spirits asks me where to go, I say nicks. My go to.
Great place with an insane collection. One of the guys seemed like he was having a rough day and was a bit unwelcoming but the main man who helped me was fantastic. Really patient and very very helpful. There was an issue with my pickup delivery but they definitely helped and went the extra mile to amend the situation and make it right. I did appreciate the great service and will happily more than always come back to such a great store. Thanks guys!
If you are whiskey lover, you must visit this store. The dan Murphy next door just can't beat them. You can find limited edition whisky from Macallan to Glen A to Z. They also have variety of rare bourbon whiskey. For Rum lover, there are some very rare and unique bottle which you definitely can get it from DM. Must come here before you go to DM next door.
Incredible little gem with rare and distinctive stock especially rare or collectable. Stock is online, easily purchased then pick up in store or deliver at a fee. The staff are happy to help and provide info as required. Parking is easy and plenty at the front. Display is clear, in order and easily spend an hour browsing and admiring. Saw a bottle for $29k!
It's not opened as a wine shop but only online orders or if you know what you want. Can't rate them badly for that but be aware the pictures are not valid anymore.
They have an awesome range of quality wines and whisky that you won't find at the usual retailers at competitive prices. The team at Nick's are really helpful and know their stuff.
Very happy customer here, been chasing Bookers Noe Bourbon for a few years, accidentally came across Nick's Wine Merchants online. Called them up to clarify if they definitely had it in stock in which they did. They had 2 bottles so I took them both. Paid online, delivery took 48hrs from ordering. Very well packaged too. Highly recommended business...bookmarked for future use. Thanks guys, time for a nip on ice.
Great customer service. The selections are amazing. Did a couple of tasting of whisky and bought a bottle for everyday drinking. Will be coming here in the future for sure even though Dan Murphy is just around the corner. Customer service is important for me and these guys knows their stuff :
