I didn’t know how to get certain applications on my new Garmin smart watch so I called into the store. I had fabulous help from River who took time to help me. Thank you River.
Came in store for a garmin and, as I have a disability, required specific information about the product and I was seeking assistance. Staff and manager did not care,I found that due to their inability to cooperate with a reasonable request they would rather I just shop elsewhere. Shame on you all!
Online showed stock of an item. Their own system showed stock of item. They couldn’t find it after 1/2 hour and multiple people searching. Told me to call ahead to check next time. How would this help? Click and collect said it was in stock. They couldn’t find it anyway! This was after the city store couldn’t find stock either. Ended up doing click and collect at the city store and it was ready within minutes. 3 trips to 2 different stores to get one item?! It shouldn’t be this hard.
Store had hardly any customers but still the salesperson wasn’t interested in selling me anything and just said, twice: “I’ll leave you to it”. Then I took my product to the cashier where two customers were being attended to. Stood there for a very very long time, in the quiet store, I put my product back on the shelf and left, no one seemed to care so whatever neither do I, here’s your review.
I ordered online from this store and accidentally picked the wrong item. Went in there and the team were so helpful in correcting my mistake. The customer service was flawless.
