Very helpful and knowledgeable staff they are were more than happy to move a big heavy set of speakers to a room for me to listen to them and set up a chair and cranked the volume. If you love music these guys will help you out.

The service I received from Blackwood Sound was second to none. I had a minor problem with a product that was out of warranty. However, because of the high-end nature of the unit and the fact the problem was an aberration, the guys at Blackwood Sound knew that I had a case for a free repair. Between the constant friendly service and want to help me I could not be happier. In this age of online purchases I still think it is worth it to purchase through a friendly local store - and on the off chance a problem does arise - it is good to know you have a store that is prepared to get behind you both now and in the future. 5 stars. Thank you John.

Poor service from start to finish, went in to purchase some Krix floor speakers was taken to an outdated shabby old room with some speakers handed the remote and then was told to have a listen I've got paperwork to do and then walked out? Yes the speakers sounded ok but evrytime I wanted to listen to another speaker I had to go chase someone. I wouldn't recommend buying high end sound equipment from BS I would recommend Vision living as they are the absolute full package in service and quality products.
