By far the best JB's in Adelaide. I returned an item yesterday which had worn out and became unserviceable a few weeks before the end of its warranty. The problem was sorted quickly and I was very happy to leave the store with a brand new massage cushion. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, courteous and genuinely friendly. Well done guys!
The Tv guy in Marion Store was not helpful at all, I understand that his job as a salesman is to sell the most expensive product, but he devalued all the TVs that were under 5000, which makes you wonder why the store is selling such bad products?nHe makes customers feel ignorant for not being familiar with screen technologies, and he wants to include shipping in a mandatory way.nVery aggressive seller who made the experience uncomfortable.
They were great at the Marion store. All staff were friendly, helpful and very courteous! It was a very positive experience at a busy time of the year.
Our go to store, great products, prices and staff. Special thanks to Ali for outstanding help and patience with our purchases of a new mobile phone and chest freezer.
