Good product range and prices. Could do with more staff on floor to help customers needing assistance or advice but nevertheless staff are very polite and helpful. Can also check availability of items and shop on line and then either have those items delivered or you can order on line and they'll put the items aside for you so that you can then visit store within two hours to collect. Even just knowing that items are available and the prices saves shopping time. Great service!

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. So helpful with everything you could want and they always make sure you are looked after! They have some cheap prices there as well!

Getting customer service here is always like pulling teeth. Even now when 2 people free to help and asked about getting help to buy a new PS4, I’m just sent down to speak to somebody else. Yet nobody there. And they wonder why I walk out 5 seconds later. Your jobs aren’t that hard kids
