I bought an iPhone 16 Plus and some cases - paid at the counter and my items got shoved across to me. No question if I wanted a bag - just a dirty look because I didn’t want to give my mobile number for their sales quotas. Keep up the good work!

I used Click & Collect to buy 4 phones as gifts. They handed them to me in one big bundle, which meant I had to open everything at home. When I did, I found that one of the phones had a very cracked screen and bodynnI called the store right away, and they told me to come back the next day. When I did, they said all phones must be checked in-store — something they never told me before. I’m now out hundreds of dollars, and I’m pretty sure they gave me a phone that had been returned by someone else. they accused me of dropping it when actually my house is full carpet homennNot going to spend any money again

I have received my parcel today in a nice large box to then open it up with my product being all damaged and dirty!nHow can you send something like this knowing if you were the one receiving?nThe person who packed my parcel has no compassion knowing I was going to get my parcel delivered like this!!!!nI will be getting a FULL refund and NEVER buying from your online store again!!!!

Staff seemed to be few and far between and service was not offered at all. Also did not even know where to pay for my goods, however stock was good and this is one of the better JB hifi's that I have been to.

Went in wanting to purchase an iPad Air with pencil and magic keyboard, Leesh came up to me and offered assistance while I was standing at the Apple stand. I asked them if I could grab everything that I wanted and I let them know that I’m hoping to get a bundle deal or a price match and compare different options for pricing to get the best deal possible. Leesh was so helpful. I had a few prices ready to go and we compared the prices to the Apple education discount for students and teachers, and they helped me get a fantastic price saving me hundreds of dollars. They also did convince me to get the 24 month cover for damages, which was only $139 and covers all the devices I purchased so it was very reasonable still keeping me well below the price that I was aiming for. Really appreciate the help
