 - vague "Jascinta" story here reads like a put-up job from a junior employee of a rival company. . .

Good store and staff who get it right, and source parts quickly.  Been going there for many years and never had a problem.  Prices are good.

They need more training.. i am out of pocket because of the incorrect advice given on a particular part they sold me, inwhich i was unable to swap or be refunded. 
I will be going to Sprints from now on.
