The person who attended to us was very helpful and knew the  information we needed to choose a new android phone. We went to three other places to check the price it was cheaper at JB Hifi and the service was superior so we went back to buy the phone and we were provided information for possible accessories we might need including a cover for the phone and screen protector and fast charger.  No ridiculous up-sell, just things we might need. Thanks so much to Andrew, he is really helpful.

We recently bought an upright freezer from this store. When we couldn't find a single freezer on the floor we weren't too optimistic about our chances of finding what we wanted. Fortunately we found Craig who went above and beyond to help us. He checked the availability of every single freezer until he found one that was in the warehouse. We paid and Craig arranged delivery for the next day thus saving the contents of our old dead freezer. Great job Craig. Thanks Tom n Jan

The staff were very helpful and nice but the store isn't wheelchair friendly at all. I got trapped in multiple places and the aisles were practically impossible to manoeuvre around without bashing into things or getting caught on things. I have always liked JB hi-fi but since becoming wheelchair bound it is a truly horrible experience. But definitely A+ to the staff thank you for all your help.

Got the Mobile Phone that I'd seen on their Website.  But to get served was an exercise in frustration.  They're staff are indistinguishable from Customers as they don't wear a Uniform.  And, unless you are willing to hang around for ages to observe until finally spotting a Staff Member in the crowd, you will not be approached for help until you chase them up. Not just my experience here, but my Housemates too.

Always shop at JB for home appliances, phones, tablet's and any other need. Always  find staff helpful when discussing our needs and never feel like im being sold things i dont want or cannot afford.

Brendon spent about 20 minutes fixing the glitch on my phone after I purchased a memory expansion card from their store. He googled and persevered until my phone  was operational.  He was my hero. Exceptional customer service.

Very good shop and friendly staff. Took my CD home and found it was damaged on song 5 and 17. I will return it next week. Otherwise I will be back.

Great range of items and friendly staff that will help you with any concerns or needs. I have had family members buy multiple things from here and have never had one single complaint.

5 stars to the young bloke, Alex I think, who was incredibly helpful last week helping me sort out my new phone with a replacement SIM.  Absolutely made my day.
