I highly recommend Instock Furniture. Ordered two different headboards, online and they were exactly like the pictures. Delivery was super fast. Very very impressed with their service.
The salesman at Instock on sunshine ave, Te Rapa, has wonderful customer service! He was very nice, informative & helped us out a lot. The furniture are very nice looking & definitely worth the money! We had a few parts that needed fixing and he replaced them in no time- he also dropped them off to us- too kind! No complaints from us, I can’t recommend this store enough! I am a happy customer and would definitely go back again to shop. Thank you guys at Instock!! :
Purchased a bed frame a month ago forgotten to put up my positive experience I had with one of the staff that helped delivered the parts that were missing, but he was really prompt in fast communication and handling the situation that it only took two days for the missing parts to arrive to auckland, overall it looks fantastic as it didn’t take long to assemble and it was very easy to read the instruction manual. I really do recommend them as they are on the Laybuy app and also for the great service I have received thank you.

Kit set furniture the customer service is great
I bought a drawer from them online and received the drawer with no screws and no handles. I emailed them asking for the needed parts, 3 emails and 2 weeks later I receive everything I need to assemble the drawers only to find the screws they sent with the handles don't even fit the drawers..
Good prices cheap shipping ive gotten 2 queen bed and 1 king getting another one soon also easy instalment most importantly they are really good prices
