Good friendly staff who are willing to assist. A Big store in size and has everything you need. Lots of different counters based in products categories. Ample parking space in front and conveniently located on Te Rapa Road corner Garnett Ave. You will truly get better bargains than Briscoes and the Warehouse where there are specials. Do pay attention of the brands of products as some of them do not last and when you call the store it goes to a call centre where staff not all that helpful. Highly recommended to visit this store.
Not my favourite place in the world but my wife loves shopping here and a happy wife makes for a happy life! Seriously though we found the perfect cushions after a long time searching for materials to recover what we had but the reality was the cost of replacement was cheaper than material, zips etc. plus time so it was a no brainer!!
Great parking here and usually good service. Mum had someone grumpy the other day but 99% of staff are helpful and kind. The only thing that bugs me is how pokey it seems to feel. But we kind of expect that in a craft store
The 2 staff members I had contact with were brilliant - friendly, knowledgeable, happy and helpful. Tried ringing before hand and this person was not helpful but those I saw inspire were fantastic.
Staff there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always there to lend a hand or answer any questions if needed. As always, I'd be happy to shop there and recommend this place to others.
I visited to return an item which I couldn't due to more than 28 days of purchase. Manager there checked on their system and got the invoice printed and advised unable to give the copy of this and ripped in front of me. Than I queried if I want to have a copy of invoice than what, she suggested you get receipt on purchase that you need to save. I advised the technology that you have for VIP club members is to save people from holding on to receipts. Manager thinks she is too smart. No customer value ethics.
I needed to buy some upholstery fabric and was assisted by a lovely woman called Jess who was so helpful and friendly. She brightened my day with friendly conversation and advise. Vanessa assisted at the checkout and was so lovely too. Job well done!
Huge store for all sorts of things, from fixing a hole in the shirt up to organizing a party. It sells a variety of sewing machines, cloths and the like. Customer service is decent and nice. It has plenty of parking space. Not too many toys though, so kids may be a bit disappointed.
So much stuff to look at! The store was very cool which was nice on the hot day. Store is quite jammed up and the lanes are quite narrow. Carpark was busy but still got a park by the door.
There’s a lady in fabric and I think her name tag said Barb. She’s served me a hand full of times now and every time she’s been patient enough to explain products and make recommendations for my projects genuine not up selling. I can honestly say it’s one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I hope the company knows her value.
