My wife brought 2 cheers one arrived with two left side she emailed them and over a week later she still had no response. She has sent another email today yet to get a reply. I did think about buying a spa from them But with service like this I will look around for someone that’s like to give us good service.
Bought a replacement part for my Kent wood burner, staff were unable to help me select the correct part even though they are suppliers of these parts. When the part arrived and was incorrect, they refused to refund me or help me order the correct one. I ended up going straight to Kent and would not bother using 4 Seasons again, waste of time.

Huge thanks goes out to Amanda from Nelson, who is handling the customer enquiries for Galaxy Spas. We were having a lot of trouble with a new purchase of simple silver, trying to get the timer going correctly was driving us crazy. She sorted us out and was just amazing..so pleasant and thorough with her instruction.... your the best.
STAY AWAY! Don't buy anything from this place. Bought a spa last year, store Manager tried to pull multiple fast ones on us re: Floor model we purchased, main one being he tried to go back on the $500 reduced price and also that we'd advised that we were picking the spa up when nothing was ever mentioned about this. Then the delivery... Arranged by Four Seasons. So I see the spa arriving on the back of a ute ?!, with the equipment to get it down being two human beings and the tiniest, cruddiest 4 wheel trolley that you'd struggle to get $50 for - this is to manage a $11k spa pool... The thing weighed 350kgs and is obviously awkward to try move with 2 people at the best of times. Luckily myself and my brother were home to help - as without the 4th person this would have never been able to happen. The deliverers knew there was a deck that the spa had to be slid across due to a Louvre roof via a previous site visit and were to have blankets etc to put under the spa to slide it over the wood. They didn't, they used the plastic wrapping.. The multiple rows of screws on the outside of the spa scratched 10-15 metres of hard wood deck, the delivery agent literally tried to blame the spa manufacturer for this whilst on site being incredibly awkward - that the screws were pointing outwards, not the fact they didn't use blankets as they were meant to. After a few outbursts the delivery agent calmed down enough to say that maybe hosing the scratches/dents might help the damage, without even mentioning anything about making an insurance claim etc. After receiving threatening text messages from the delivery agent after raising the complaint to Four Seasons about mid way through the process of trying to sort insurance information he became aggressive we escalated the situation with Four Seasons in an attempt to stop communication coming to us from the delivery agent - which they agreed was not acceptable - however they were unable to control the delivery agent as the text messaging continued which was hugely stressful and intimidating. After being apologized to multiple times by the Four Seasons 'Area manager' - who turned out to be the daughter of the owner, eventually the texts stopped and the insurance claims were made. When I requested to speak with the owner of Four Seasons, I was advised I wasn't able to as he was out fishing no contact ever attempted, leaving their daughter to try and handle a situation that they were clearly out of their depth in trying to handle. End result, due to the depth of the scratches deep enough that they are practically long dents the damage is still visible after attempted insurance repair work/re-staining as without a completely reconstructed deck this is impossible to properly fix. Also while the spa was off of the trolley it was sitting on a brick for about 2 minutes making cracking noises - I was advised once the spa was installed that a technician would come to check for any damage to the motor/spa - Radio silence, this was never checked/followed up on. To this day, 6 months later, we still haven't received our excess back because of the attitude of the delivery agent who Four Seasons use/used is still holding up the insurance excess being refunded. Not once have we been offered any kind of compensation for the stress and mess of this situation. You'd think some free chemicals, good will credit? Nothing. Incredibly Four Seasons 'Area manager' has just advised me today that their delivery agent is now my issue and have astonishingly made out that the 'aggressive' nature of this situation was initiated from my side, when this entire situation is from their delivery service, which we paid them for! I have never seen such horrific customer service in my life - and this is absolutely no understatement and warn anyone and everyone to stay well clear from using this store - at any costs. As expected, you can see paragraphs of excuses below from these people, incredible. The made up delivery fee argument... the after sales support?!? LOL what was that exactly??!?! Pathetic.
I bought my dining suite from 4 Seasons 15 years ago, my friend liked it so much she bought it for herself and her Mum. I now finally need a new one so I went back to 4 Seasons for my new outdoor suite which I am looking forward to getting soon. Great Service from Mike
Brought a spa from Hamilton branch. Was good information about the spa and they did a good price . Got told from 1 sales man that we could buy shop floor model only to be told by another that we couldn’t. There was a delay in delivery and no communication at all. Took 2 emails & a phone call before we got a response. One of the selling points was the free water testing, only when we drove 30min to get water tested we got told they don’t test water. Good product but service is lacking.

We bought a fire here and we're told it was in stock. Drove to Hamilton to pick up - not there. A couple of weeks later we went back, still not there. We ended up being given someone else's doubled up order. Then we find out we need a steel plate,I paid for it and was told it was in stock. Just drove for an hour to get it to be told it's not there. Sound familiar? Some good old fashioned communication and customer service would be nice guys.
