Bought Liverpool Lounge, display cabinet and Coffee table from Furniture now. Everybody loves the configuration, very happy with the furniture. Thanks AB for recommending the setting. We will be back for a bedroom furniture soon.
Good store. Prices less than other places
We purchased a lounge suite 4 years ago from Furniture Now in Hamilton and have been very happy with it. Recently we had two of the plastic handles that operate the extending footrests on the couch break. We rang Furniture Now without expecting much help due to the timeframe of our purchase however we were thrilled with the response. One part they had in stock and the other they sourced for us. They were extremely helpful in making sure we were getting the correct parts and in no time we had the parts and all working well again. Excellent customer service, well exceeded our expectations. Thanks- our lounge suite is as good as new again.
Good selection of furniture.
Hamilton has a few stores that offer nice looking 'affordable' furniture and this company had the better Easter sales. Bought a few items with them and they gave us an extra discount and a discount on delivery. Definitely worth a look as they do have a good amount of stock on display. The items we bought aren't up there with what you'd get with Harvey Norman, but they won't wont fall apart in the next 5 years etc.
I just went there to browse the furniture and prices. The team member there was very helpful. Pretty happy with the whole experience.
Sales man don't know when to leave you alone to shop. They harass you and don't leave you alone to shop in peace. You lost a sale because of your harassing salesman. Will never go back there.
We visited this store a couple of months back and saw a couch we liked The salesman at the time told us there would be a 6 week delivery time. Today we came back we live a 3 hrs drive away from this shop to come and place the order. The salesman said it was 12 to 15 week delivery and was totally not interested even when we said we probably buy other bits and pieces as well. We asked him to ring the manufacturer to double check as we needed the couch in about 10 weeks time. No he was not ringing but gave us suggestions were in Hamilton we could shop for a couch. We followed his advice and went to the shop next door. Got the same lounge suite with a 6 week delivery time. Spend just over 5000 in the shop he recommended Very poor service.
The staffs are very awesome. The material of furniture is nice and price is reasonable. Even they don't have delivery service, I would willing to visit this place again definitely.
