I hope someone can contact me on update for replacement bed which was bought on condition it is delivered prior to 16 Dec, product delivered but was damaged and after 2 contact us form online still no written reply and only time manage to speak when I called/ spoke to Francis who has been helpful otherwise very little response or appears no one looks into responding on online platform or even bothers keeping customers informed on progress. I understand there is short of staff but would really really appreciate if someone can give a definite date as I have family coming on 16 and don't have enough beds at home..Dave told me 3 weeks ago replacement should be available soon but still waiting..product got delivered within 1 week of buying but replacement not sure when.I normally don't put review but just did to get response and if can't be delivered by Wednesday will seek refund as you leave no choice. Very good customer service on sale but no follows up when product not delivered as intended..Francis has my contact so should be well aware how to contact and give him credit has good customer service but hope your organisation has good system to follow up.

Top to bottom just outstanding. From Fiona's invaluable advice and help on the bed I needed to the excellent prices to the excellent products to a delivery of only $30 when some were quoting $95!l. The delivery guys were great too, offering to move a bed out, new bed in, assembled and everything taken away leaving no wrapping. I honestly can't praise this company highly enough and would recommend to everyone. Service like this isn't an accident, they obviously know what they are doing and it shows. 10/10 and will always return.
We have bought the full bed room furniture along with mattress . When we bought the dressing table and bedside top was made of some sort of concrete laminating material which we like it but same time we were concern about the quality and breakage of laminate so we asked sales person who assured it has got 2 years warranty on it and given us an example where someone put a straightener accidentally on the dressing table and break the lamination and they replaced it so we were are comfortable and trusted the person words and bought the bed and the lamination part came off little bit and we send the photos and sales person cam back with reply that it is wear and tear and does not cover that part and only covers the if wood or slider part to which we said it was not discussed or told this way but he offered us paint which is not even same colour and does not repair the part properly as lamination came off we tried doing it with putty and paint but still it’s look different..we only bought the bed as we trusted sales person but clearly he misled us and sold the product which he is not going to replace. We will never shop with this shop as they over promised and under deliver their service . We will take the next step to get it replaced as we have tried heaps of time but he is not standing on his words
We had a slight problem with some beds we purchased and had delivered from Bedpost Hamilton. I contacted Urvick immediately after delivery last Thursday and explained the problem to him, he said "give me a couple of hours and we'll sort it out." He rang back a few hours later and explained the solution and said it could be delivered by Saturday. Sure enough about 9.30 this morning a Bedpost van pulled up our drive we live in Cambridge, two guys got out and proceeded to solve the problem. These guys were very pleasant and courteous and just got on with the job. They left an hour later taking any packing material and leaving everything nice and tidy. All this with no additional cost. I commend Urvick and his team for what I call outstanding customer service!
Bought electric bed for my old dad and had it installed. awesome service from both Dave and Urvic. special mention to the 3 guys that delivered and installed this bed as it was very heavy and they had to carry it miles. thanks for your patience and for being so courteous.
