Have had quite a few previous purchases with this company however the past couple a few years ago put me off. However, today I had the best experience. Greeted by a very helpful young man to ask if I was looking for assistance. Yes a vaccum cleaner. He introduced me to a sales rep who was very helpful, not pushy or trying to upsell me to outside of my budget. Unfortunately i was short of time today but now I have renewed faith and would like a new microwave and clothes dryer and will be back this weekend to give them my business. A++++
We've recently moved house, so needed to purchase a few items. Our assistant was amazing, and we made some great deals, including a trade-in on our old dining tablenHe was friendly and helpful with a great sense of humor. I believe we had a win-win purchase. We came away very happy. We've bought lots of items from Harvey Norman over the years and have always believed that the quality of their products has been very good. Our assistant was called H, I think.
We really appreciate the furniture team here. Honest, helpful and energetic team. The manager always makes right and they even apologize for things out of their control. Highly recommend purchasing your next suite here.
Good friendly team, really helpful staff from the minute I walked in. Olivia made sure My order item was retrieved and brought to the front desk. Fast and efficient. Ample parking on front and by being at the far end of the Base, you don't get stuck with rest of the Xmas traffic. Thanks very much. It was a very good experience and highly recomended for others to give this place a go.
Absolutely useless. Had a damaged tv on arrival Harvey Norman delivered emailed straight away to explain our problem as we had a 12 month warranty on it.. took 2 or 3 workers a whole month just to tell us that we are not in fact covered by the warranty as there is a 14 DOA on the item. Now we have to send it in for a screen replacement. Will stick to Noel Leeming from now on, never had an issue with that company.
