Good range of products but very poor after sales care. I've tried emailing twice to advise on who is picking up my order on my behalf and not one response. I called and spoke with 3 different people who still couldn't seem to figure out what to do including the salesperson himself, Sidhu. Waiting on a call back from a manager but doubt that will even happen.
We buy all of our electrical and home needs from Harvey Normal and service is 10/10 every time. A special mention to Ricky who helped us upgrade our TV to a LG OLED, he knows his stuff
Good friendly team, really helpful staff from the minute I walked in. Olivia made sure My order item was retrieved and brought to the front desk. Fast and efficient. Ample parking on front and by being at the far end of the Base, you don't get stuck with rest of the Xmas traffic. Thanks very much. It was a very good experience and highly recomended for others to give this place a go.
Have had quite a few previous purchases with this company however the past couple a few years ago put me off. However, today I had the best experience. Greeted by a very helpful young man to ask if I was looking for assistance. Yes a vaccum cleaner. He introduced me to a sales rep who was very helpful, not pushy or trying to upsell me to outside of my budget. Unfortunately i was short of time today but now I have renewed faith and would like a new microwave and clothes dryer and will be back this weekend to give them my business. A++++
We are belatedly reviewing our experience with HN Te Rapa. In January we visited to check out a lounge suite/chairs, and had been told by the supplier that there may be a settee on view here. There wasn't, but Ryan told us he would let us know as they had one on order. About 3 weeks later Ryan phoned with advice that it had arrived. We went and viewed it, and liked it, but had to wait for renovations of our apartment to complete before we could look to confirm colourways etc. Ryan's patience must have been well and truly tested when we changed our mind about the initial make up of the designs - from separate chairs, to 2x2 seaters and 1 x 2.5 seater couches, and a footstool. These were put on order, and over the wait, Ryan made sure to let us know that they were definitely on order and give us an update on time-frame. They arrived late June/early July, and are just as we hoped - well packaged, solidly built pieces of furniture that will be enjoyed by us. Manufactured by IMG in leather. We love them, and they are so comfortable.
