We've recently moved house, so needed to purchase a few items. Our assistant was amazing, and we made some great deals, including a trade-in on our old dining tablenHe was friendly and helpful with a great sense of humor. I believe we had a win-win purchase. We came away very happy. We've bought lots of items from Harvey Norman over the years and have always believed that the quality of their products has been very good. Our assistant was called H, I think.
Haven't been in for a while and had scouted 4 shops at the Base looking for Brabantia battery free bathroom scales available online Briscoes only and, in this case,I wanted to see the product! Decided on the spot to purchase regular digital scales and cheekily asked for the sharp pencil price! Very happy with purchase and service
Our experience there was good it's is good when a staff is very helpful make a big difference and knows what he is talking about it was good because we didn't spend to long in the store very helpful and thank you
Good friendly team, really helpful staff from the minute I walked in. Olivia made sure My order item was retrieved and brought to the front desk. Fast and efficient. Ample parking on front and by being at the far end of the Base, you don't get stuck with rest of the Xmas traffic. Thanks very much. It was a very good experience and highly recomended for others to give this place a go.
