Visited Mitre 10 on the off chance they may have an obscure tool I needed. They didn’t have the tool which wasn’t surprising as I been trying for months to find one. However all was not lost, because I had an awesome coffee and a piece of bacon and egg pie at the cafe. Yum
My fave hardware store close to home. I usually can find most things. When I ask for help, the staff are always helpful. Love it. Prices are affordable.
Really like the lay out of this branch, staff are well equipped with knowledge and are helpful all ways going the extra step. Strong management on board. Keeping customers satisfactory up. They will even deliver to site for you. Thanks team
A few times I've found it hard to find a member of staff to help when I'm in a hurry. Also my recent online click & collect was so frustrating.. 6 out of my 8 items unavailable so I cancelled it.. No one answered the phone for 7 minutes so I hung up. Rang back and spoke to admin.. not their job!
Very poor customer service experience. They always have something to make your life difficult. On price match, on returns they are just not good to deal with. I prefer not to visit or even recommend this store. Please visit other mitre10 stores if you can.
I ordered a product online from another branch that showed it was in stock, however they called to say they didn't have it. I called Te Rapa from Taupo to see if their in stock levels where correct. I spoke with Judy in the garden centre who was amazing, even though it was her end of day she went the extra mile to find this item and get it to customer services for me to pay for. The customer service lady was also amazing. Thanks so much ladies I really needed the Pagoda for an Xmas gift for an 80 year Olds bonzai garden. Mitre10 Te Rapa your the best :
Went in to buy a pool pump, waited 15 minutes for a staff member to show up because I had a few questions.. Eventually I went to ask customer service if they could call someone to help me...which they did. I waited another 15 minutes....nobody came. I then grabbed the first staff member I saw and asked for help and they to said they'd get someone to come help me........they didn't. I left without spending a penny.
Went to mitre10 the base on the weekend,was after persil sensitive washing power 5kg boxes.they were on display at the front entrance with a sign saying "on special this weekend only,$20,i grabbed 4 boxes,proceeded to checkout,how ever upon checkout i was informed that they had run out of stock they were selling at $20 and that i had too pay full price $27.95,,was a big let down,kindly said to the lady if the special could be upheld because the signs hadnt been changed,very dissapointed,was told "NO"have to get it right mitre 10 especially heading into the xmas period,joe public will be on lookout for deals and specials,not cool thinking i was spending $80 on powder yet get to checkout and because of floor signs not updated my bill increases to $111.80,feel a bit ripped off and mis led
Went in for a look for floor fan had lots there. Had a look for blinds didn't quite find what we were looking for. Service was good
Great place to shop, asked for help and received it promptly, no trouble to them and their staff, excellent experience.
