Disappointed but not surprised regarding what happened on Saturday 10th of August. I’ve been a regular at farmers for years now, but the situation at farmers has become unacceptable recently. I have personally witnessed a couple of incidents where the staff were being harassed by customers and nothing was done about it. I’ve seen many of the younger ladies burst into tears while continuing to serve other customers after getting screamed at by someone. Its shocking to witness. I doubt the management team is providing any support as Ive never seen any of the hostile customers get escorted/dealt with, SPECIFICALLY today. The lovely lady who works at the fragrance counter was getting screamed at by a customer and no one showed up to defend her. Was a horrifying scene to watch. Even as a customer, I am very shaken up. Farmers, do better for your staff!
I am a very difficult customer when it comes to fragrances. I shall express true admiration towards Abbey who helped me out today. I’ve been searching for a new daily cologne for a few weeks now and Abbey had the patience to help me out for just over 30 minutes. She’s very good and will take your input to help you find the perfect scent for you.nnAbsolute top marks.
Went browsing but ended up buying a set. Not able to bring the price lower but service was superb. Amy rocks! Delivery was well explained and goods were very good wrapped. Notes on outside was clearly written. Goods arrived with no problem, thank you Amy, you are wonderfully great!
My wife and I went to the Farmers store at Te Awa to look for a new perfume and cologne last week, and honestly, it's our top spot in Hamilton. We were helped by Bahar, if I've got the name right, who was just amazing. She was super friendly, really took her time with us, and explained everything we needed to know about our choices, making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. She made our shopping trip special, and we left really happy with what we bought. Big thumbs up for the great service. Definitely recommend a visit for anyone looking for quality service and great choices.
My mother and I were served by a lovely lady in the lingerie department called Brodie. She was so kind and handled our purchase with such expertise. I look forward to seeing her in store next time I visit.
