Walked in, clean and tidy, air-conditioned but no-one around to assist.  After 10min or so had to go to sales counter to get help.  Received help there and bought item I went in there for.

3rd time now ive been in to this store (as it is closest to me) to collect something i have purchased using Flybuys - and they dont have the stock! Really frustrating and disappointing ....again

Regan N of the Te Rapa Branch....legend! Went out of the way to order a horrid Apple cord and arranged delivery. Many would just say sorry can't help. Great work and initiative

will not be returning to the Te Rapa store. Took well over a week to get my laptop. brought a cheap vacuum at the time aswell until my shark was fixed and would prefer to go elsewhere for better service and pay more elsewhere.
