I have just placed an order for a dining table and accidentally ordered 2 in error. I contacted ifurniture through their online messaging service and Raquel was very helpful and sorted it out for me in 5 minutes. Great service. Look forward to receiving the table!
We bought a bed, a couch and a chest freezer all in the last 3 years and they have been great. The service was good enough and the products are of a good quality. 3 years on, our chest freezer still goes, our bed is sturdy as and our couch is the comfiest and best looking we ever had. Communication can be a bit of a problem but they're overall well intentioned. We haven't had any issues with pick ups or delivery. Will definitely buy from them again. As I said, communication can be a bit of a problem so try to make your orders as straightforward as possible and keep on top of them. Our couch was delivered on the day they said it was going to be delivered, the chest freezer and bed, we picked up from the Hamilton branch.
Excellent follow up service - especially from Hazel - who helped with the freight company tracking and location of the extra bits & pieces when we couldn't find them. All my e-mails were answered quickly and efficiently. Many thanks and the sofa looks great!
They gave me very efficient service. It is superb experience that they know what you want and help you find the right one. They also have good service on refunding. Of course, prices there are affordable. My first choice in Hamilton
I -am always happy doing business with ifurniture, they are fast, efficient and friendly. Today I dealt with Jam and she was all those things - hard to say just how friendly she seemed dealing with it through the computer but I felt like I was having that personal contact. Lynda
Purchased a couch in March and the ottoman arrived faulty. Although they sent a replacement hinge piece, we were expected to fix it ourselves. We emailed our concerns months ago on the overall quality of the couch and had no reply so we just accepted we made a bad purchase… A few months have gone by and the floor is more comfortable than this thing! Cheap, nasty, pilling, a part of the couch is sunken in… it’s only 6 months old. They have cheaper furniture but is it not worth it! You’ll end up having to buy a new one a few months down the track. The fixings are easily bendable, screws haven’t been countersunk and they’re all at different angles.
Hazel was the customer support that handles my shipping cost concerns for the office desks i want to purchase. Unfortunately the delivery cost is quite expensive so we'll be picking it up instead. She's very helpful and patient with all my questions.
