I purchased few chairs from Idiya, their customer service is so perfect! I made an order Friday, and their driver just shipped on Saturday. And the chairs is also quite good looking especially easy to be installed!! I recommend if you wanna get a beautiful chairs should choose them!!
Literally hundreds of containers of inventory. Kitset furnitures, food karts , tiny homes , cabins and caravans. Thousands of products with video reviews on YouTube channel. Delivery done via fleet of vans and trucks. It’s not a small operation and applauds for sheer number of products offered. Great quality superb prices and amazing number of choices. Branches in Pokeno in north island and Rolleston in South Island. Appeared at 7 sharp on TV as well !!!
Great and efficient service. Items were delivered within a week. Got an Ikea gaming chair and the New York Corner Sofa Bed WITH LOUNGE. Both items were easy to assemble and are great!
I am Hannah's Friend and just follow up Hannah's comment. She confirm delivery shipping method on this Monday and paid postage on Tuesday, after that, she sent 2 emails for asking when will the delivery would be but did not get any respond in the last 2 days at all. after 10 mins Hannah make the comment on google, we got a call from vendor with no any apologies but only tell us that the comment need to be deleted otherwise they won't deliver the ordered furniture but refund. This is a totally a threaten. After nearly three months waiting since ordered, this is very ridiculous request. We do not understand why Idiya LTD doing this? Money is already in their pocket and just do not want to do the delivery. I am posting this just let other people know the truth and avoid any future bad experience like us. Just waste of time
We bought the Idiya Dearborne 3 Seater. I was a bit nervous but honestly from purchase to set up, its been a breeze. The Gem visa button wasn't working on the website so the customer service rep went out of his way to make it happen for me. The delivery was prompt. Couch was very well packaged and set up so easy. We are impressed with the quality and overall very happy with our new comfy couch. Thank you #Idiya.

I ordered $2500 worth of furniture 2 wardrobes and one bookcase on June 5th. That was 3 months and 3 weeks ago. I still haven't received my items nor follow up. I've called multiple times and calls go to a voicemail without "leaving a message" capacity. I've sent emails, I've sent Facebook messages. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Update 1st January 2022, have received the bookcases and one small cabinet. We're still waiting for the wardrobe ‍ FINAL Update SEPTEMBER 2022: the wardrobe was never a thing. After a lot of kicking around and demanding repeated times, we received a full refund for the wardrobe. Bear in mind the quality isn't IKEA like. It just isn't at least for the bookcases and small cabinet. The bookcases are sold as a bundle, they aren't attachable. They're separate bookcases that look like any bookcase you'd get from the warehouse. The company was a pain to deal with and the products are subpar. You get what you pay for, but since advertising is very IKEA like, we didn't think the quality of the products were as bad. Well, they're some Asian copycat. Very disappointed.
Online shopping has literally non existing customer service. I ordered in March with all the items apparently in stock - they delivered part of it following weekend without communicating it with me, and today I still don't have the rest of my order. I placed a second order in March with some items being in stock, but received nothing yet. When I contacted them in April asking for ETA, I was told early May. When I tried to contact them now for the latest update, no response to my emails for a week, noone is answering the phone and noone responding to the online or messenger chat. Where is my $2K worth of items? I understand there are some logistics issues happening in the world lately, but what makes me mad is the complete lack of communication from this company.
Bought a dinning table yesterday, got damaged piece and no hardware tools either . Called several times and sent messages , emails, no reply. Very bad after sales service. Need the furniture asap because having party on weekend . I don’t know how can we do it without furniture in house. No communication, nothing.
