The yards are clean and tidy. No plastics and other litter lying around. A woman was operating a forklift and the staff inside the shop are friendly and helpful. Great place!

The staff do what they can, but they're hampered by a very small and cramped store and what appears to be almost intolerable working conditions. The franchise owners need to step up and get their game together because the very high staff turnover says it all. I want to support local people working in local businesses, but I can not do so with this store. I've lived in Paeroa for a little more than a year, visited the store about 20-30 times and maybe made only 6 purchases in that time, walking out empty handed more often than I've ever done with a hardware supplies store. I haven't sampled their lumber or trade supplies seciton yet, socant comment on that area. For retail hardware, it's easier to drive 25 minutes to Thames and get some decent service.

Very good place to shop for many things yes I went there for a quick trip an was extremely liked so I went to the Paeroa store again, the next day. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend this store to anyone.

I popped into this branch looking for solar Christmas lights that had sold out at Te Aroha branch. Parked in the timber yard as didn't realize most people park on the road unless they are loading timber. Very small shop and none of the lights I wanted. Having worked 21 years in different hardware outlets I find Bunnings service leaves much to be desired. Brochures delivered to our box on Te Aroha but you need to go to Hamilton to get most of the advertised products. We cannot understand why the smaller shops do not offer to order advertised goods for you or get transferred from a larger store. It's a great waste of money printing and delivering brochures of goods that are not stocked locally.

The staff are untrained. And a lot of what I want is not in stock. A bigger store is needed. I have to go to Placemakers to get what I want or a bigger store in another town. Gig pain in the butt.

Small store but carry a good range of goods and they can order most  stuff from other stores for you. Friendly team ready to help

Best Bunnings I've ever been too. Not the biggest but they get you what you need. Nice people
