Brendan was extremely helpful and gave me lots of information about what was happening with my car.  I had 3 separate issues, and was expecting a big bill, but he fixed everything very quickly and had me back on the road for a fraction of the price I was expecting.  Honest and reliable - these guys are exactly what I was hoping for.  Will definitely go back I we ever need an auto electrician and would highly recommend to others.

These guys were lovely! Went above and beyond in replacing the Alternator for my Ford Ka, and also went through the effort of calling multiple places to find out how to get the radio code that would allow me to listen to the radio again, an issue caused by a previous mechanic unplugging the radio and leaving it useless. They were fast, efficient, great customer service and genuine guys, for a believably affordable price. I recommend them to anyone!!

About 10 months ago, my girlfriend and I traveled to New Zealand for the first time. For our visit, we purchased a vehicle, and we were very surprised to learn that it did not have a functional cigarette lighter charging port. Our problem was solved at Hope Hickman -- promptly and inexpensively. Not only that, we were treated like family! Not only was the charging port fixed; we were also given a working radio, free of charge. This is one of the best customer experiences I've ever had in my life, which is why the Hope Hickman card has been in my wallet for the last 10 months. :) Now, finally, I'm doing my small part to repay the kindness with this review.

Thumbs up to the team! Brendon looked after me and rebuild my lexus is350 alternator in a day. Showed me what was needed to be replaced etc. Friendly, honest people
