Story

How many times have you been to see a mechanic and come away more confused than when you originally took your vehicle there?

Tas Matiatos and Barry Clarke have been in the automotive repair industry in Auckland since 1991, both owner operators of 3 different workshops. In that time this has given both of these qualified mechanics a good understanding of what it takes to run an efficient and transparent workshop.

Customer budget and requirements is the number one priority. We know how important it is to communicate clearly with people, especially when it comes to vehicle repairs and maintenance. We clearly inform our customers of what needs to be done and unconditionally stand by our workmanship.

Danny at Victoria Park Autos is awesome!  Very helpful, gave me a very good steer on how to deal with a main dealer network I was having an issue with which had a happy outcome.  Good honest British geezer, will tell it like it is, give you a straight up opinion and a fair price.  He'll get both my European cars going forward - no more main dealer shocks for me!

Moving to the city and finding a new group of mechanic you can trust is hard. I've been to other mechanic shops and as a car person, I would definitely recommend Victoria Park auto services. They're quick, reliable and very honest. Sent a message on facebook, They replied, dropped my car off, sorted on the same day.  Easy and stress free. The best part is they don't overcharge charge you! You even get a text when your car is ready to be picked up! You won't be disappointed. Great costumer service and thank you very much for sorting my car!

I dropped in because my boot wasn't shutting and it was setting off my alarm. They dropped what they were doing to fix it at no charge. Thanks again

I came here end of last year to get a service and told them my brakes needed to be checked.  I was sent a list of work needed.  After getting no response for help on which work should be done first, I went to another mechanic and found out I was wrongly quoted for front brake rotors, the real problem was with the abs system.  I expected more for the amount of money I spent on the service.
