Have been going to AA St Lukes for just over 2 years now and I have to say these guys know their stuff. They are never pushy and give honest advice when it comes to repairs or suggestions. They have quickly become my go to mechanic in Auckland. The only downside is that they are a little on the expensive side, However given the quality of their work I think they are worth the extra $$. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, very honest, reasonable repair costs. Went out of the way to get the car sorted without any additional costs. 

Returning back to AA St Lukes after poor experience elsewhere with other cars. I will get getting all my cars to AA St Lukes.

Saw a large oil/petrol draining into the stormwater drains on the AA motoring property with no evidence of preventative measures.

3rd class service! Never recommend to anyone. Got serviced(silver service) my car and thy said we give you words that if u get any problem regarding service, we fix it. After 15 days of service, I got engine light in my car. When I went to resolve that issue, they said we need to diagnose your car which cost $69.00. I said ok, but  can u please check my car n fix that issue. Than lady at reception said oh u need to take an appointment n come 2morrow. Dam!! I asked them, could u please let me know that my car is driveable or not??? She said , Oh!! We can't do that as we are busy!!  They can't even help their customers in hard time, than u can think thy r only here to rip ur hard earned money from u!! Beware guys!!
