If I could click zero stars I would. My daughter took her car to Yellow Motors for a warrant. She was quoted $130 plus labour to fix bumper and told they would search for a replacement bumper. She asked them to contact her with options and prices so she could decide. They did not contact her on the agreed date and two days later when she chased them up, they had replaced the bumper. Their communication was terrible and when she went to pick up the car to take elsewhere, they charged her $430 for a fixed bumper and an electrical diagnosis which was documented on a postit note and scribbled notes on it. When she tried to push back on the quoted price, she was basically held to ransom and forced to pay in order to get her keys back. The communication was terrible, the followup was terrible and I recommend you do not take your vehicle there.
