I have used PJ Automotive for the last 7 years and over that time I have had my 5 cars serviced with them. I have also found the service I have received exceptional trustworthy and helpful. I have found Philip (the owner) to be very honest in all my dealings with him. I am not mechanically gifted and am aware of the Sharks in the industry and have never felt ripped off. If ever my car needs more work on it than I ask for, I will always receive a prompt phone call explaining the problems, the courses of action, what could happen if I do not attend to it, the price that it will cost and the decision left to me to make. I also appreciate the courtesy car which is always provided, if needed. I feel that PJ Automotive know my cars in a similar way that the old family doctor knows his patients. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

We used PJ Automotive to take a look at our company cars. Amazing service, friendly staff, Phil was straight up and wasn't shy to sell us what was wrong and the best price to fix it. They even sourced out parts, which made the process a lot easier!

I came to this mechanic to service my car and fix a minor leak. What should have been a straight-forward job, ended up in me paying over $1000 to find that the leak wasn't fixed... In fact, the leak was worse than when I had left my car with them. I took it back, as this is not "service" and to pay that amount and not have the leak fixed is shocking. After taking it back to get them to look at the leak again, instead of fixing what I asked, they proceeded to work on other areas of the car without letting me know. I came back to pick up my car and they charged me another $200 fee... When it was their responsibility to make sure it was done right in the first place. I am now left with a car that is still leaking after all this, as a result causing other problems, such as oil contamination in the electrical sensors of the car, causing the engine light to appear on the dashboard ... To top it off, my emblem on the front has been ripped off...."accidentally" according to them, but it looks more like it has been pulled off. My car is in a worse state since I took it here and will cost me more to fix the mistakes that were made here. Utterly appalled at the level of service and "knowledge" of the mechanics here. Save yourself the time, money and hassle, do not come here.
