I came here for my wof a few weeks ago and it was super easy and quick. Two of the lovely mechanics worked on my car at the same time so was great as I didn’t have to be away from work too long. Today I had an emergency where a elderly relative needed a hand with a jump start and the owner was kind enough to lent me a jump starter to help. 10/10 service!
Local, experienced, trusted and reliable people. Always, charges less than competitors. They've range of new and refurbished tyres. Great service.
Made an appointment over the phone along with getting a quote, as soon I turned with a BMW the price automatically went up because they consider a standard M14 nut requires a special tool. Buyer beware, if the opportunity they'll attempt to take advantage. Dodge town. I can see a pattern forming here.
Mian is great to dealt with. He fixed my wiper blades and replace one my rear light including WoF for $350. Surely will come back and recommend for friends. Cheers.
Dean Auto Repairs are the best. They give very nice services in car maintenance
would not return or recommend, didnt even have a choice to pick him this time. - Wouldn't give me quote of the repairs. - Gave themselves unrealistic time frames - 4 days turned into 2 weeks. - Unprepared when i turned up to drop my car. Loan car was not ready, when it was it has no petrol. - Didn't contact me when there were delays. I had to contact them. - Broke off my car logo and didn't attach it back on properly - acted oblivious when i called back to call him out on it. - Damaged the car logo and didn't bother to repaint it. - Hand prints all over the car, they said they needed an afternoon to "clean up"?????????? still wondering what they were "cleaning" Wondering if they did proper repairs or if I need another panel beater to check everything. would not be surprised if they only fixed what you can see from the outside. 1 star for the bumper and paint job i guess, as you cant give no stars *In response to your reply. And post ‘just to clarify. It was $20 for petrol. And $20 for coming to you for a 2nd time to drop off because you were unorganised to have my loan car in the morning. And unorganised again to drop the pick up my car from my house. May I mention how both times I was not contacted by yourself for the delays. I had to call you. Obviously your sneaky double sided tape was smart of you. Which started peeling before I got home, HENCE why I did not notice when looking at my car. Also covering it up with telling me not to wash my car for two days - maybe this was true. Maybe it was not. No one would expect YOU to break something that was was fine before handing over to you. As it was handed over to you to FIX not DAMAGE other parts. If you had done your job right the first time and not took the $2 shop tape short cut. We would not be in this position. Also as a third party was paying. It does not justify your subpar job. Why would I bring my car back to you when you kept insisting it was normal to use double sided tape to attach the logo? Even after I told you it was peeling and would fall off if I wash my car in the future, you still insisted this was normal practice. Upon further inspection. It’s clear you just painted over the old adhesive and attached it with double sided tape and kept denying doing so. Also the boot isn’t even attached to the bumper properly. There is a visible gap between the two. scratches and tape marks on the sides, where they re-attached the bumper. Somehow they will delete unflattering pictures of their job.
Respectful staff and cheap prices for what I needed and was quite quick so definitely will be returning
Do not come here, this is the worst garage in Auckland, you may pay money and get nothing, foxy owner who wastes your time come to the garage again and again.
These guys rip you off.Gave me a fail for my vehicle wof in August. They mentioned four major repairs. I took it to two more mechanics and none found any fault that warranted repairs.I then took it to reputed vehicle testing and passed W.OF. I would have been out of pocket of thousands of dollars. Beware of this repairer.Service: Vehicle Inspection
