The staff is quite friendly and helpful, but the driver lick only open until 4:00pmNot 5 PM during weekdays. I would like to say they are much better than VTNZ.
If I had an option for zero I would have done that. So poor service, no etiquette to talk to a person especially when asked politely how long it will take & told them I was waiting for more than two hours the reply I got was you are welcome to go another AA. I have been to AA Westgate heaps of time but their service is far better then this guys. There was only one lady serving customers for driver licensing and she was taking other customers for WoF/Rego either then taking the ones sitting in the queue.Everyone was annoyed with their service. Not at all trained staff for management. All staff was panicked looking at the customer queue.I would never recommend to visit this AA.
Customer service by F. Shah was absolutely amazing. He was a very friendly guy that went above and beyond to help me and my father with our car. An issue we were trying to fix for 10 days F. Shah helped us within 15 minutes. He is a true gem to AA mount roskill and AA is very lucky to have him.nnOnce again, thank you F. Shah, me and my family greatly appreciate it
That place is a real joke. There's a long queue, and after waiting for 30 minutes without checking any documents, they said need more documents.nnFor IRD number verification purposes, please don’t go there. Just go straight to the IRD office Takapuna. AA: useless It’s a waste of time. Even the IRD members know this.nWith IRD:The issues were solved within 5 minutes.
Very poor service.nI have a bad experience each of the several times I have visited the Caar Road AACentre. To begin with they have mentioned they close at 5 pm which infact is not true. They close at 4 pm and this is a big problem for those who are time bound and have to be at the centre before they close. Secondly we were there before much before 4 pm their supposedly closing time they said they cannot help me as it was nearing their closing time !!!!!!!
