The double standards of the AA are honestly unbelievable.nnThey’re always quick to criticise everyone else’s vehicles and preach about safety standards, yet take a look at the state of their own cars. This AA driving school vehicle — the very car they’re sending learners out in — is running a tyre that’s basically a borderline racing slick. Completely worn and unsafe.nnThis is the vehicle they trust to put your children in while they’re learning to drive. How can an organisation that positions itself as a leader in road safety allow one of its own training cars to be in that condition?nnIf the AA is going to hold the public to high standards, they should start by meeting — and exceeding — those same standards themselves. Right now, it just looks like blatant hypocrisy.
Our pre-inspection service was done by Vinay, who was so helpful and kind, taking the time to go through everything with us afterwards and answer our questions. He was very patient and helpful and we felt clear about what needed fixing.nnAlso a shout out to Akshay, the service advisor, who again was so friendly and helpful with explaining things to us. Thank you both for this.
The guys out the back have 2 speeds. Slow and Extra slow. Customer service ladies are good though. So go here for driver licensing, but avoid for WOFs. 2 hours for initial check and 40 mins for a recheck!
Excellent service today from all your staff today , friendly and proficient. Managed to get my Wof and rego km done in one place. No need to book just turn up. Only let down was NZTA website that can’t cope with processing more than one thing!! Nina
We went there 8 minutes past 4 to verify our id we drove close to an hour and the so called “staff” just said no honestly to that lady and man at the desk on the 18th of June at 4pm take a good look at yourself and think. Appalling hospitality
