why do your buses have no windows. Couldn't breathe the whole ride. I asked the driver if he can turn on the air con, he said its on, but it was heating not cooling. Everyone on the bus including myself were wiping the sweat from our foreheads. Terrible experience. Will be catching the train from now on. Bring back the old busses with windows.

I was an unfortunate recipient of one of these bus drivers road rage/thug behaviour wherein this lady bus driver tried to kill me by deliberately trying to run me off the road 2 times within a 5min span. I complained to their office and was promised a resolve within 10days but no such thing. I then rang back again and all I received was a blanket copy+paste email saying the "matter has been forwarded bla bla blah..."

In the past their drivers have been better than the average Auckland bus driver. Lately they have started to exhibit the poor traits of inconsideration, and failure to abide by the road rules.
