When i dropped my car off i told the person i to ring me if there was anything wrong with the wof or the servicing before any work was carried out. I was not informed depite repeating myself 3 times and calling up 2 times to check on my car. I arrived to pick up my car and find things had been changed and work carried out without my consent and a big fat bill waiting for me. Secondly, i was told my car would be ready by 2 and it took until 5 pm and still nobody rung me to say ut would be ready. Not happy with the service at all.
