I was just served by a lovely man who kindly applied paint transfer on my car after I scraped the paint off it. He did it gladly and took no payment for it. What incredible service. He should be recognized for his kindness.
I walked into Repco Mt Roskill not having a clue which windscreen wipers I needed for my car. I must’ve looked completely lost! Nicholas Repco Employee noticed right away and checked if I was okay. I explained that I needed new wipers but had no idea which ones would fit.nnNicholas immediately offered to help, took the time to go through the different options, and explained the differences in functionality and price. He carefully checked to make sure he chose the right wipers for my car, and even installed them himself.nnHis customer service was absolutely outstanding, he truly went above and beyond to make sure I left as a happy and satisfied customer. It’s rare to come across this level of care and professionalism these days.nnAs a woman who often finds car-related things a bit daunting, I really appreciated how easy and stress-free Nicholas made the whole experience.nnIf you ever visit Repco Mt Roskill, definitely ask for Nicholas — he’ll help you in a heartbeat!nnThank you Nicholas for your amazing service.
I went in to get a 15A fuse and had no idea which one I needed. The salesperson was incredibly helpful, providing me with a tool to remove my old fuse so I could match it and get the right one. Great service!
Super friendly and helpful staff, I came in to get my daughter car some new windscreen wipes, the guy behind the counter recommended the correct blades and replaced them, I then came back later in the afternoon and got my Hilux blades replaced, both the young guy and lady was just as helpful and pleasant to deal with.nI would go back without a second thought.
There is a older gentleman that works there, he use to work for makita or Milwaukee, but hes the guy that is 120% on to it, went to get a part for a DA6 integra a heater hose and he went above and beyond to help.
