Went in today to get a lightbulb for my car headlights. I had been told by others that Repco staff was friendly and would help me change it as I had never done it before.nnI didn’t get his name but the Indian worker that I talked to was so rude and disrespectful. He said he wasn’t allowed to change it for me, which is fine, but he told me not to expect help from them next time. I could have gone home and fixed it myself but he instead made me feel stupid after he said “I’ll tell you what to do, you do it yourself”. He also made me buy the wrong bulb because he wouldn’t look at the car and help me figure it out.nnI’m very upset by the whole interaction and I will not be returning here. I understand if there is a policy against it, however this could have been explained to me without being disrespectful.
Amazing customer service - extremely helpful and friendly. Although they didn’t have the part I was looking for, they went above and beyond to track down what I needed and where I could get it. Which I wouldn’t have been able to do without their help.

Low on cash & in a rush, I dropped in to buy a bulb for the internal light in my car, having looked on the Repco website, specified my car model & make, and been given several choices of bulbs that would work, some of them being just a couple of dollars. I showed the staff member the selection as they appeared on their website, & he went & got the bulb- but the product came only as a 2-pack, and cost something like $12. I shrugged & went to pay, but found I was short on cash& didn’t have enough credit on the card I had with me-was a couple of dollars short. I pointed out the much cheaper options that came up on their website, & that I only wanted one bulb - could he not sell me a single? but he said the very much cheaper ones weren’t available I don’t recall the reasonnIt was another week before Repco was open when I wasn’t at work myself. I repeated the process of showing the staff member what had come up on their website when I searched for the bulb. He went away, and returned with a single bulb with a price-tag of less than $2!nHe couldn’t explain why I’d been told they didn’t have those the previous week, and could have saved myself another visit, but I recall really trying to persuade the first staff to double-check, since their site showed bulbs substantially cheaper, & I regrettably didn’t quite have enough cash that day, & didn’t want to have to repeat the whole process of finding the time to return.nStrange. And quite annoying that the cheaper bulbs were in fact there, as promoted on their site, clearly stating they were in stock at my first visit - & the 2nd staff member took just a minute to find them. Shame on the previous customer service representative!
