I purchased 2 x bathroom vanities and mirrors and a big clawfoot bathtub which Highgrove Noosa held for me which was great. Yesterday I went to pick everything up from HG Noosa and Trav at the warehouse organised for the vanities & mirrors to be taken to the warehouse where the bathtub was so I only had to do 1 pickup. It was bucketing down rain and Trav must of been a tetris champ because he fit the vanities and mirrors in the car like a pro after helping me remove a baby seat. He then helped me strap the big clawfoot bathtub in the trailer in the pouring rain. Huge shout out to Trav at the Highgrove Noosa warehouse his customer service was amazing and greatly appreciated.
Can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this place. Terrific service and range plus really good prices.

I went to Highgrove bathrooms in noosa yesterday. Did the right thing. Wore my mask, used my qld app to sign in. When I got inside there were three people sitting behind the counter. Not one of them bothered to say hello or can I help you. I would have been in the store probably 15 mins looking and taking photos of items we need. On my way out the door, still the same, no one bothered to make eye contact or ask any questions. Not even a "see you again". This isn't the first time this has happened. Maybe highgrove need to concentrate on training staff at noosa. The staff at kawana are very helpful. So I left without purchasing any thing.
We drove from Bli Bli to Noosa today after being recommended by our builder/ plumber to visit Highgrove. The service was 10/10 and no fuss! Carmela was awesome! Thank you for being so attentive and the kids had a great time. We'll be back!!
After a terrible experience at another Highgrove location we travelled 40mins to purchase our bathroom items. The staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. The difference is chalk and cheese! Leon was able to give us guidance on our purchases and has organised delivery for a time that suits us. Thanks Highgrove Noosaville for such a pleasant experience, maybe Kawana Waters staff could learn a thing or two about customer service from this friendly crew.
Spoke to staff at Noosaville location about purchasing vanities, shower rails and other items for fit off of 2 bathrooms. I had recently purchased the same items from Highgrove in Sydney. I turned up to the Noosaville store st 4.30pm today friday and it was closed although the trading hours on the door clearly states that the store is open until 5pm. We will take our $5,000 and spend it elsewhere. Disappointing as the items we bought from the Sydney store looked great. T5ùù
