I have used this shop for many years and they always go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right with, good design and high quality tiles.
Initially I was ignored when I entered. Then when I finally had a sales person's attention they were extremely rude. Pulling faces as I tried to explain what I wanted, and when I rebuked the person they became slightly more helpful. Finally left the shop with two samples including one broken tile. Was phoned several days later as the samples were required to be returned urgently - which I did, as I was intending to do - however I will never enter the store again. Everyone working there needs a long course in customer service. The tiles are overpriced as well. If I could give zero stars I would.
I received excellent service from Ceramica Senio. I needed to complement some indoor tiles when tiling our patio. I'm not the best at picking colours but was steered in the right direction by Ettiene and the final result was great. Ettiene also arranged delivery of the tiles to my unit's carpark while I was away. All in all, a great experience.
Absolutely horrendous customer service, the sales assistant was serving someone when i arrived, but what got me was i waited for over 15mins with not even so much as an "Hello" the assistant nearly knocked me over when he rushed past me, the client whom he was serving turned round and actually apologised to me, so i spoke up and said to the sales assistant you could at least of acknowledged me & he abruptly said "I never seen you, i said you just nearly knocked me over, maybe he needs to pay the optimist next door a visit and get a lesson in customer service. Shocking..... First visit, and definitely the last.
Nice tile Shop. Good selection of products and knowledgeable staff.
