Made a purchase, served by Laurie. He asked if we were members. My Girlfriend asked politely if he was able to look up membership using a phone number. He responded quite abruptly. It seems looking up membership by phone number was a huge inconvenience. His sarcastic tone of voice when seeing us off wasn’t appreciated either. Unnecessarily abrasive behaviour not particularly well suited to customers service.
I have given 3 stars, why? Ok, Dan’s is cheaper than the rest and/or price match. However, it was an extremely busy time and some de lulu young guy operating the register/queue line was totally oblivious to the reason he was actually being employed and his face was stuck on his phone. You can’t wake up the brain dead. Choose staff wisely… it’s slipping. All other staff are indeed knowledgeable and helpful. Register staff also need to be proficient in their work ethic. … keep lines flowing and customers happy.
Just had the best experience with one if your staff members Lorenzo!! He had everyone in stitches. So nice to see especially this time of year.
Being short of time, I did a click and collect through the app. The order was marked ready within 10 minutes. Driveway service was super quick, store was flat out. KeepnIt up
This is the most discriminatory experience i had in Dan Murphy Noosa. Just because I asked for a taste, he asked me what's my budget. I watched him serve other male customers. He never asked them about a budget. This person is a misogynist to its best. And don't judge an essential worker in their work tshirt because they might have more than you. Absolutely disgusting.. I was happy when I walked in; horrified walking out.
