Worst customer support!nI left a personal item in the car during drop off, immediately called hertz airport no answer.nTried next morning no answer, customer service kept deflecting back to the location of drop off. Zero accountability.
Horrible experience!nThese guys trying to scam me into paying for a windshield replacement for one of their cars because of a barely noticeable crack that was already there. A month after returning the car I suddenly get a charge of $1.4k without any warning. After 5 emails and 4 phone calls to different Hertz departments, I finally find out what the issue is. Two weeks after requesting a receipt for my booking from Hertz, I still haven’t received it. Luckily, I took my own pictures before I used the car and the picture shows the hairline crack on the windshield just. Moral of the story, always take your own pictures before you get in the car because they will try to pin any damage on you for a free repair.nAlso if your customer service hotline just goes to voicemail and tells you to email, what’s the point of the hotline existing?
Vehicles are good, service from one lady in particular on two separate occasion was terrible. incredibly rude. First time I out it down to someone having a bad day, we all have them. Came again for work a few months later, same lady same ole cranky boots person she was!!!
Good rental company. I would definitely recommend $0 excess as I've had some bad experiences with other rental companies. Super easy to pick up your car after the first time you book with them.
