Horrible services, rude over the counter and they don’t honour pre paid bookings without a card, so I can’t pay cash either. More work for the taxi and Uber.

Thank you for the wonderful service today for assisting us when we broke down on the side of the highway. Despite being 40km outside of Launceston - we had a replacement car within 1.5 hours. We are very appreciative and thank all this involved. Impressive service!
