Horrible services, rude over the counter and they don’t honour pre paid bookings without a card, so I can’t pay cash either. More work for the taxi and Uber.

Amazing customer service.  My family found ourselves stranded after another company failed to supply a vehicle as promised.  Thank you Tania and Colleen from Avis who saved us with a great price and service July 6th 2017.

Thank you for the wonderful service today for assisting us when we broke down on the side of the highway. Despite being 40km outside of Launceston - we had a replacement car within 1.5 hours. We are very appreciative and thank all this involved. Impressive service!
